Recommended Childhood Immunization Schedule
Utah Valley Pediatrics

Recommended number of doses by 2 years: 3 Hep B, 4 DtaP, 4 Hib, 3 IPV, 4 PCV, 1 MMR, 1 Varicella, and 2 Hep A.
Hep A¹: Second dose administered at 18 months or 2 years.
HPV²: Available ages 9-26 years. Three doses administered 0, 2, and 6 months apart.
Influenza (Yearly)³: Can be administered at 6 months.
