Dr. Fullmer practices in our Payson office. He specializes in the care of infants, children and adolescents. His practice interests include caring for children with special healthcare needs, premature newborns, cardiology, diabetes, and asthma. He is relocating from Iowa where he worked as a pediatric hospitalist for five years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His hobbies include golf and outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
