Raisin Coco-nutty Balls
5 minute preparation time

1/2 C. natural peanut butter
1/4 C. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. raisins
Unsweetened coconut

Mix peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and raisins. Spread coconut onto wax paper. Drop peanut butter mix by the spoonful onto the coconut and roll to coat. Refrigerate.
