This yummy ranch dressing is a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies while cutting back on some of the unhealthy fats in traditional ranch dressing.

This recipe comes from the family of our very own Kevin Moffitt at Utah Valley Pediatrics.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, vinegar,
parsley, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, black pepper, seasoned salt, and mustard. Whisk until smooth. To allow flavors to blend, refrigerate for one hour before serving.
