Dr. Jonathan Mitton is a physician at our Eagle Mountain City Center office. Dr. Mitton grew up in Provo and earned his degree in microbiology at BYU, where he met his wife. He completed medical school in West Virginia and residency at the University of Arizona before returning to Utah to raise their four children.
Outside of work, Dr. Mitton enjoys coaching his kids’ basketball and soccer teams, cheering for the Utah Jazz and Real Salt Lake, skiing, hiking, and reading. He also admits he’s terrible at dancing—but still joins in anyway.
Dr. Mitton has always loved working with children, especially newborns and toddlers. His philosophy is to meet families where they are, listen closely to parents’ insights, and provide both medical guidance and emotional support. For him, the greatest reward is the trust families place in him to help their children grow and thrive.
Dr. Mitton loves sharing his passion for sports with his kids. He watches and plays sports with them often.
