These No Bake Snowballs are healthy and a great treat when you are too busy to do any holiday baking. If you are looking for cookies to leave for Santa, we’ve heard that these are some of his favorites.
- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1/3 cup coconut
- Mix granola, peanut butter, honey, and cereal in a bowl.
- Pour coconut on parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture onto coconut. Roll into a ball, using the coconut to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
