The flu vaccine is important. It can save your family time, money, and may even save the life of someone you love.
Flu killed approximately 80,000 people in the United States last flu season, according to the CDC. That record-setting number doesn’t take into account hospitalizations, doctor visits, or days missed at work or school. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Every person who receives the flu vaccine helps to strengthen herd immunity, resulting in extra protection for their vulnerable family and friends, while reducing the overall number of infected.
The flu vaccine is recommended for expectant mothers and it’s available for children as young as six months. The vaccine is affordable and usually covered by health insurance.
We make getting the vaccine fast and convenient. Visit one of our walk-in clinics, or make an appointment with your pediatrician.
